PSA Convention 2019: Second submission deadline added

Thanks to all those who have submitted proposals for papers and panels for the upcoming PSA Convention to be held at the University of Manchester from 11th to 13th September 2019. We are delighted to say that we have received the largest number of submissions for a PSA convention to date. A number of members have expressed concern about submitting a proposal, or indeed making any travel plans, before the upcoming UK withdrawal from the European Union scheduled to take place on 29th March 2019.
